Cowboy Carnival

Once again, my church calling came, well, calling. This is a poster I designed for the stake singles activity - the Cowboy Carnival. The inspiration behind this was old newspapers. The "Bring Your Friends" is meant to mimic a cattle brand.

Wedding Invitation + Insert

Wedding season is here and look who's a maid of honor! Yah yah yah! As maid of honor, one of my wedding gifts to the happy couple (Larissa and Bobby) was a custom designed wedding invitation and insert. Larissa had a hard time choosing just one picture so we decided to make a mini booklet with one main photograph on top, the information behind that, and a little surprise collage on the back. We had to do all of this with not a lot of money. It turned out to be around $300 which isn't too bad for invitations, I don't think. All in all, it was a blast to design these for one of my best friends.

Foot Kindness

For work I had to design a poster and brochures meant to teach people about the importance of keeping your feet healthy. Sounds kind of silly, but they're pretty important! I wanted to have a simple but strong message come across in the posters and brochures. I like to think I succeeded.

Santorini, Greece

This is gorgeous Santorini in Greece. I still can't believe that I was there to take this picture. I need to go back.

Burano, Italy

I never wanted to leave this place. It's Burano, Italy. It's one of the islands of Venice where every house is a different color. It's nickname: "Lace Island."

Fiesole, Italy

I wanted to remember this site after I left Italy because of how gorgeous and unique it is. My classmates and I painted the landscape for 3 weeks. Yah, I want to go back.

Firenze

This is the famous duomo of Florence, Italy. I was extremely fortunate enough to live only about 3 blocks away from this amazing site for an entire month.
